Operations & Growth
Tricia Hughes brings decades of leadership and operational experience to Centric Funding & CFO Advisory Services. After graduating from Penn State, she began her career at NBC before moving into leadership roles and ultimately serving as COO for three communications companies. Her experience taught her how to turn strategy into action while keeping people, processes, and priorities moving together.
At Centric, Tricia helps keep client engagements organized, responsive, and on track. She coordinates lending workflows, manages communication, follows up on action items, and makes sure important details don’t get overlooked. Her practical, people-focused approach helps create a smooth experience for clients from the first conversation through execution.
